iPhoneXの画面割れ修理をご依頼いただきました！
タッチがきかず、お困りの様子。そして今回当店では珍しい海外からのお客様です。
iPhoneX画面割れ修理
ガラス割れと、タッチもきかない状態でした。
ガラスとタッチ、液晶は一体となったパーツですので、ディスプレイパーツ丸ごと交換をしました。
修理交換後はタッチも回復いたしました。
滋賀では珍しく、外国人のお客様でしたので、スタッフもつたない英語とボディランゲージでご案内をさせていただきました。
京都に近いのもありますし、海外の方も増えていますので、修理の案内くらいは英語でご案内したい！と猛省する機会となりました。
修理やスマホ関係の用語は聞きなれ無い用語も多く、日本語でもなかなか説明が難しいこともあるので、外国語となるととてもハードルが高いのです。
しかし、とりわけ生活に欠かせないスマホは大事なデータも入っているので、しっかりとした説明が求められ、ボディランゲージや単語だけでは限界があります。
思い立ったが吉日、英会話練習するぞ！と、いつまで続くかわからないやる気スイッチが入るスタッフでした。笑
というわけで、海外からのお客様にも寄り添った対応を目指して、精進してまいります！

After repair and replacement, the touch was restored.
It was a foreign customer.
The staff managed to guide us with their poor English and body language.
Since Shiga is close to Kyoto, the number of people from overseas is increasing.
I would like to provide repair instructions in English! It was an opportunity to reflect.
There are many terms related to repairs and smartphones that I am unfamiliar with.
It can be difficult to explain even in Japanese.
When it comes to foreign languages, the degree of difficulty is high.
However, smartphones, which are indispensable to daily life,
contain important data, so a thorough explanation is required.
There are limits to body language and words alone.
Let's practice English conversation! It was a staff with a motivation switch
that doesn't know how long it will last.
Therefore, we will do our best to accommodate customers from overseas as well!
